Scheme of Work / Job specification:

Main responsibilities this role requires are to assist all event and stadium operations across the Jaguars UK
team, with a specific focus on gameday operations for any Jaguars London games. Examples of events and
activities listed below (this is not an inclusive list and will change from year to year).

  • London Games
  • Summer Player Tour
  • Annual JAGTAG Events
  • UJF Foundation Events

Reporting into the UK Operations Manager the role will include but is not limited to the following
responsibilities and requirements:

  • Assist with all stadium and event vendor procurement and onboarding for all our annual events.
  • Organise the Jaguars UK administration folders and develop any new systems and processes to
    ensure more efficiency across the board.
  • Manage and create all Jaguars UK Smartsheet needs I.E. – Creation of Forms / Dashboards /
    Access Lists
  • Support the operations department in creating a full inventory and manifest of items owned and
    stored at our UK storage facility.
  • Support on elements and logistics associated with all annual Jaguars UK and ROI events, such as
    Jaguars Summer Player Tour.
  • Participate and contribute to various areas within the development of the 2024 stadium cluster
    meeting agenda.

London Games:

  • Work collaboratively with the UK Operations Manager on game day to ensure all safety and operational requirements are met.
  • Manage all on ground movements on gameday at the stadium (Pre-game Field Access, HOF
    Movements & Shadows experience)
  • Partake and contribute in all daily, weekly, and bi-weekly meetings with vendors and the wider
    Jacksonville Jaguars operational team.
  • Provide all relevant information to game vendors contracted
    by the Jacksonville Jaguars. (parking, access, load-in & load-out)
  • Manage the development of all online forms to ensure a safe and efficient operational process
    for game week & gameday.
  • Act as a POC to all game vendors, Wembley stadium staff and wider Jacksonville Jaguars
    departmental staff for Jaguars London games.
  • Organise and distribute all parking requests for our 2024 Wembley Game.
  • Work with an oversee credential boards and access, support internal wayfinding and football
    movements within Wembley stadium (currently managed by Populous).
  • Gather all relevant information from vendors and build the pre-week minute by minute
    document to outline all occurrences on game day.
  • Assist in managing all field access requests for equipment and or technology testing during pre-
    week.
  • Work closely with logistical vendors to ensure all equipment delivery and collection to and from
    Wembley Stadium is completed efficiently.
  • Assist and present in all relevant post-game debrief meetings with vendors & Wembley stadium
    staff.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

KNOWLEDGE:

Essential:

  • Previous experience in event operations and or stadium operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office plus other online applications
  • Ability to work and plan several events simultaneously.
  • Experience in project management

Desirable:

  • Operational experience in large stadium/sporting events.
  • Previous experience working on NFL international / London Games
  • An understanding of American Football

QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential:

  • Educated to degree or equivalent level.
