If you want to secure your reserved seats in the same location as purchased in 2022 and 2023, you must sign in to your eticketing account where you will see a red dot and notification of reserved tickets. You can select all, or the required number and proceed to purchase. NB: Some seats have now been taken back by Wembley for their packages so you will need to choose an alternative seat if no reservation.

Please note if you renewed seats in 2022 and 2023 and then forwarded those seats to a member of your network, those seats will only show up in the recipient’s account and will not have reverted to yours. To secure those seats, the recipient will need to login and purchase the ticket for this year.

1. Visit the eticketing website https://www.eticketing.co.uk/jaguars
2. Select the Sign-in icon  in the top right hand corner where a red dot will appear to indicate a notification. 
3. Select all, or the required number in “Reserved Tickets”.
4. Your selected tickets will then appear in your basket.
5. Once you are satisfied with your selection press the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
6. On the next screen select your method of payment.
7. Enter your card details and select the “Review Order” button.
8. Review your order, tick to confirm you agree to the terms and conditions of the sale and press the “Complete Purchase” button.
9. Your transaction will then be processed and when complete, you’ll see a confirmation notice on your screen and receive a separate confirmation email.

“My Network” is where all your friends and family are grouped together to allow you to renew or purchase game tickets on their behalf.

If you are renewing seats on behalf of others, then they will need to be added to your network in advance of purchasing.

1. From the sign-in area – select ‘View Account Menu’ and ‘My Friends & Family Network:
2. Select ”Add Members”, input their Client reference number and surname and ‘Add Member’.
3. They will now appear as part of your current network.
4. At this stage you can only assign tickets during the purchasing flow. Should you want to purchase season tickets or reserved game tickets on their behalf, you must request “Manage Permission”.

To do this:

• Select the new individual in your network & ‘edit’
• Select ‘send request’ to manage their tickets
• Users will receive an email notifying them of the friends request to allow them to purchase tickets on their behalf
• The user must then login to their online account and select my network option and then press (delete to) ‘accept request’.

We will not be offering the opportunity for Wembley STHs to increase their number of tickets this year. However, if you wish to change your seat location and/change location – please DO NOT confirm your reservations. Instead, you can choose alternative seats and confirm.

Hospitality seats and restaurant packages can be purchased online via Club Wembley and Seat Unique.

A limited number of child (Under 16s) price tickets are available to purchase in Categories 5 & 9. Any child tickets purchased must have adult tickets purchased alongside them in the same price category (maximum ratio 3 U16 to 1 Adult)

If you have multiple accounts set up, you will be able to use any of them to purchase tickets in the general sale. If you cannot remember your password or Client Reference Number, please click ‘Forgot your sign in details?’ on the sign in page and follow the instructions. We only suggest creating a new account as a last resort.

If you do not have an account, you can create one during the booking process. Once you have completed your purchase, your Client Reference Number will appear next to your name in brackets in your confirmation email. Please make a note of this, as you will need it for future logins.

Wembley has a strict no under 2s policy, which means no child under the age of 2 can access the stadium. Any children over the age of 2 need a match ticket.

There will be a limited number of Ambulant/Wheelchair spaces and personal assistant seats available to purchase. Existing 2019/2022 purchasers with accessible seats will be able to purchase their reserved seats online. For new purchasers please click here to register your interest. You will then be contacted to confirm availability.

Yes. Both the Wembley car parks include accessible parking spaces. However, you’ll need to be a Blue-Badge holder and book in advance.

Ticketmaster’s Ticket Exchange will be available closer to the event for all fans to list their tickets for resale. This is the only official channel, and we would advise all ticket holders to avoid buying or selling from any unauthorised sellers as they risk tickets being invalidated.

When logged into your eticketing account, you can view your booking history and one resale has opened, you will see an option to ‘ manage your tickets’  via TicketExchange .
