Jaguars UK are delighted to confirm that Luke Fortner will be travelling to London for the weekend of the Draft, to announce the fourth round pick from London.
Luke was drafted to the Jaguars in 2022 and has first hand knowledge of the process, what it feels like to hear your name being read out and what happens in the whirlwind that follows the pick.
Participating in the Jaguars flagship community programme JagTag, on Saturday 29 April at Bishops Park in Fulham SW6, Luke will then make his way to Fulham Football Club’s new Riverside Stand where he will go live into the Draft coverage in the US, to announce the name of the player who will be the newest member of the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Luke Fortner said: “I’m honoured to be asked to visit London to make the 2023 fourth round draft pick. I’m pumped to meet the Jaguars fans and young people who support us in the UK. On top of that, I can’t wait to see Fulham’s new stand! It should be a great trip.”
